      - Ability to work on several client accounts - Open space for creative thinking and collaboration - Positive work environment/happy coworkers - Constantly learned new, foundational principles of media as well as industry advancements - Planned/bought digital, TV, OOH, print and radio

      Cons

      - Workload is manageable but at times there are immediate requests/projects from clients that require more attention and time (but pretty sure this is common in agency world!)
