What I liked about Dhyan is the rapport we have with our colleagues. They are friendly and helps us to do our job. Even though there are some pressure due to the pandemics and work force reduction. They took car e of the employees welfare by regularly checking their health, COVID care programs, reimbursement of internet charges, Month end meetings, ESOPs, Bonus. A very friendly environment if you try to understand. They are very loyal to their customers.

Cons

Only Con personally I saw was complete adaptation of latest technologies were not there.
