      Evolving into a great one stop shop, beyond a digital boutique

      Pros

      If you live on Long Island you won't find an agency that is as much fun, rewarding and understands the work-life balance. If you live in NYC or NJ, there's a nice centrally located office in midtown too.

      Cons

      The SMEs in each department really know their stuff, but it would be great if the cross training were more structured. You can learn a lot if you ask though, so for now, the onus is on you if you want to progress and grow outside your department.

      Pros

      Great team. Talented employees. I love the focus on marketing as a whole vs just digital or just traditional. Senior management is receptive to suggestions. Growing company. I have enjoyed my time here so far!

      Cons

      9-6 can be a pretty long work day. That's about the only con I can think of.
