I've been at Dig for years now and have always felt at home here. There's a great culture of collaboration, authenticity, and open communication. I can't imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

Work life balance can be seasonal. Generally good for my team, but we can have busy times too. Security on our tech and file sharing can be annoying. I can't install any software I want, which can stifle me sometimes.
