The best quality about DK is the talent and recognition that it has attracted over the years. Not only will you work with industry leaders in design, motion, and experiential disciplines, you'll be able to be an integral part to the creative process. Learning and mentoring are important aspects to the growth of an employee. Overall great experience. Great clients and good culture.

Cons

No major cons but management should give extra attention to the creative process.

Pros

Historically strong creative culture. Changed ownership. Had a short term CEO. Now one of founders is back in CEO role. Company is incredibly strong again. Award winning work. Strong leadership. Strong project flow of high profile work.

Cons

Staff seems too small for size of projects and growth opportunities. The more ambitious you are and more vocal you are creatively the faster you move up. Hard for those that are quit and keep to themselves.
