Pros
One of the few IT shops in Altoona. Prior to acquisition few years ago was a great family-type place to work at. After they got bought, atmosphere was OK at best.
Cons
Low pay, lack of care about employees.

Pros
They offer some flexibility in working hours. Allow you to go to various appointments and run errands without having to take time off.
Cons
Very Cliquey, POOR salaries, Sells their products at premium prices nation wide but play the "local cost of living" card when discussing salaries. Don't help employees adjust to new technologies, they expect employees to do it all themselves.
