Inspiring employees that are kind and helpful. Things moves quickly with new technologies that lead the market, so always there is always interest from the market, and excitement in the product and innovation. You'll learn a lot in terms of new tech, developing process, working cross-functionally, and doing trade shows. Opportunity for personal professional development in terms of outside training or certificates you're interested in.
Cons
Things move quickly so direct guidance is less here, but means its pretty hands off to let you do what you need to do. Changes in director/VP level caught me off guard and left me looking for a new job, but understandable as they are in startup mode and pivots are apart of that.
