Pros
Company provides a very good working environment which enables the employees to apply their skill and knowledge. The employees get to work on various software such as AutoCAD, Google sketchup and 3D Max.
Cons
Since the company works with offshore clients the employees have to work according to client's timings which means working in shifts as well as sometimes have to work on Indian holidays.

The employee gets to work on different software, which adds to their skill sets. Also employee get to work on offshore projects which help them to get acquainted with international standards.
Cons
Since the organisation works with offshore clients the employees have to work in two shifts like Morning shift & Evening shift. Also the employees have to follow to client's holiday calender.
