Great communication from leadership & sales manager; leadership wants you to succeed and gives you all the tools to do so; plenty of opportunity to make substantial commissions on top of a competitive base & great benefits.

Fantastic growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding company that's been around for 30 years. Very organized training experience and good senior management team. High quality products and customer services. They have a very solid reputation in the industry and seem to be a market leader.

Cons

I don't really have much to share here - I had a great experience working at Dimensional Metals for four years as a Territory Sales Manager. Great opportunities if one is committed to the job.
