Pros

They really care about their team and treat people well. You will work extremely hard but you'll be surrounded by skilled, caring professionals so you don't mind. They get great clients as well so the work is exciting.

Cons

They care about people so much they sometimes keep folks who should've been let go. They really want the best for individuals and sometimes that kept bad eggs around to lower morale.

Very smart and hardworking teams. Variety of projects and clients keep things interesting. Office perks include fully stocked snacks and drinks, in-office yoga, and great company parties.

Cons

Deadlines are nearly impossible. Need CS teams to set better client expectations. Last minute promises often lead to mistakes and a worse outcome than day-late-deliverables.
