Pros
Fast paced work environment Chances to communicate with clients and negotiate business packages Worked both at office and warehouse environment to get knowledge in full cycle supply chain
Cons
Often short on staff for critical roles and higher management level hasn't been taken action on optimizing employee structure and recruiting more elites, instead company focuses too much on cutting budget and cost and hired less qualified candidates for positions that require high level performances and solid knowledge. Not very employee friendly when it comes to benefits
