Pros

None that I can see.

Cons

No training. None. Very strange work environment, nobody tells you anything. Very childish behavior even from senior employees. As a new employee I was put in a cubicle and left to my own devices all day after just 3 hours of training. Sometimes I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. Very, very gossipy and unpleasant, lonely environment.

Pros

Work environment and management. You will love the personal touches like a company paid plush new gym and other perks. The company focuses on making the right decisions and the senior managers are authentic.

Cons

The compensation may not be as high as some other companies but it is still solid. If you are looking for a better work environment that is professional and balanced, you will love it.

Pros

My manager was flexible with my schedule in order to accommodate my daughter's homeschooling during quarantine.

Cons

I was given loads of responsibility and complicated caseloads with virtually no training. Despite not having any training to speak of, perfection was expected and I found myself working 50+ hours a week just to avoid getting my wrist slapped. I got tired of being yelled at by clients for not knowing what I was doing (I didn't), and tired of the gossipy and biased work environment.
