freedom to innovate, friendly culture, company strives to always treat employees and independent contractors well and usually does and/or corrects errors, company invests in marketing and advertising to increase business, trips, the company gives back to the community through community service and its core services, growth & advancement opportunity

Cons

Mostly environmental, Rideshare companies have disrupted the industry with technology, venture capital to lower prices to monopolistic levels, and then by breaking rules for insurance and taxi regulations and then using venture capital to contribute to political campaigns to push through laws that favor them. Discount cab has survived and is doing well in this environment with its people and community mindsets, but it is not without necessary changes to be more efficient and derived stresses. Employees and contractors that are adapabtible to change and reliant will do the best going forward. a
