      Pros

      A culture of investing in people with a world of possibilities. Global career progression prospects with a really interesting collection of prospective locations. A commitment to sustainability in business practices and in products/services. Clear rules of engagement in communities, including Childsafe child protection training and policies, responsible travel policies and practices and anti-exploitation policies relating to animal interaction. Global discipline structure to provide local teams with global leadership in best practice. Culturally diverse and accepting. Strong intrinsic motivation among the majority of the team.

      Cons

      Being a subsidiary of a public company, the pace of deployment can be slowed by the necessary processes.

      Pros

      Focus on building sustainable tourism. Not afraid to do things differently, may not always work but open to trying new ideas. Opportunities for growth and learning new skills. Exposure to different working cultures, as many teams are regional or global so you get to learn new perspectives.

      Cons

      High level of expectation and responsibility. You are expected to speak up and raise problems with possible solutions. This can be challenging if you like to complain and have someone else fix the problem for you.
