Communication is a priority here — colleagues, managers, and HR are always attentive and willing to help. The company organizes amazing events and team buildings that genuinely bring people together. What stands out the most is that management regularly asks questions like, "How can we make your work life better?" and "What can we improve?" The best part is knowing that your feedback is actually heard and taken into account. The HR team is fantastic and truly cares about employees' well-being.

Nothing significant comes to mind. Like in any company, there is always room for improvement, but my overall experience has been very positive.
