Pros
All the different departments and teams are not only professional, but passionate about the company’s mission. Each day is a wonderful learning experience and when you’re able to see the impact on the children and patrons that visit daily, it really makes the job worthwhile and very rewarding. Ample career growth, as long as you’re willing to put in the work with a positive attitude. Upper management is always willing to listen and support when approached for advice.
Cons
Parking can be difficult at times. Could always improve on interdepartmental/internal communication. Sometimes there are grey areas in which department should be handling or tackling specific projects.
