      A great place to deliver and learn. Lean and getting things done.

      The environment is extremely intense. Keeping up and not burning out requires quite some stamina and personal self-awareness.

      Large, established FMCG group with real data scale (400+ field reps, multi-GB daily). Full ownership of the data warehouse lifecycle early in your career — ETL (SSIS), OLAP cubes (SSAS), ERP integration (Dynamics AX), governance. Good cross-functional exposure to Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain. Solid name on a CV.

      Cons

      Compensation below Casablanca market for the skill set (junior data/BI engineers typically 10,000–14,000 MAD). Role is BI/Data Engineering rather than Data Science, so limited exposure to ML/AI. The "Business Solutions Analyst" title can undersell the technical depth of the work.
