DF Capital have progressed me in my career like no other, personal development is strong within the culture and the company wants to see you thrive , it's uplifting, kind and transparent and the senior leadership team works really hard to ensure this is upheld internally. Great benefits packages, strong sustainability pulse throughout everything that is delivered. Office dogs, drinks trolleys, celebrations for all cultures. You can tell inclusion is at the heart.
