Pros
Travis is the best boss I have ever had. His ability to manage, work out problems is amazing. He listens to his employees needs and concerns. He takes care of any problem that comes up. I will miss him. Ryan the owner works very hard at making sure we have a good working environment. He is personable, and approachable. You can sit in the kitchen and talk to him like any other employee. We have fun meetings and great parties. There is a lot of laughter at his parties. You feel like you are part of a team here.
Cons
I took this job as a temporary employee and ended up staying for two years, because I loved working here. It is not the type of work I am trained in. Even though I learned a lot about fixing and flipping homes. I found the work was not challenging enough. So I am moving to something that provides me with a different challenge that fits me better.

Pros
ownership and management are some of the most people I've had an opportunity to work with/for. I have the opportunity to observe them act in the best interests of employees, borrowers and members at great cost to themselves personally and to the company.
Cons
We went through a period where there were some people with bad attitudes that spread a bit but those people left and everyone here work as part of a team to serve our customers and build each other up.
