      Amazing company!

      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. Everyone is super friendly, IT team is smaller which allows me to take on more and upskill more than I could in a traditional helpdesk role. (AKA I get to do more than just fix printers LOL) The two people I work with are super smart and awesome to be around. I consider them to be my friends :) Direct leader lets me work in areas that interest me and cultivates a culture of growth. He talks to me as an equal and lets me pitch the crazy ideas I have. To date Dober has been the best company I've ever worked at!

      Cons

      Supporting more niche applications used for analytical lab instrumentation and regulatory software. (Isn't a con for me but could be for someone else)

      Pros

      You are treated like a person and Dober puts family first. Management gives you autonomy if you prove yourself to be trustworthy and hard working.

      Cons

      As a smaller business there is not much room for career advancement

      There is very open communication, but it can be kind of unclear sometimes. But once you ask for clarification, you will get it.
