Pros

Designers looking to push their skills and explore new industries will love the Doblin experience. The people are smart, wonderful, and understand both consulting and design.

Cons

Projects can sometimes become repetitive and growth can be limited. Often design work is research / concept as opposed to experience building or improving digital products.

Amazing place to launch a career in design

Pros

I learned so much working there, the people are incredibly talented and you can learn so much from your team. Great opportunity to get breadth (across industries) and depth of experience (in human-centered design and innovation). Clearly one of the best performing groups at Deloitte right now – everyone is chomping at the bit to get involved in the work Doblin is doing.

Cons

Definitely not a 9-5 but perfect for people who are driven/motivated to deliver extremely high-quality work. Again, was stressful at times but not enough can be said about the community being so supportive of each other.
