Pros

Very dynamic - you are kept on your toes in a good way - new product/features and plenty of learning Good compensation packages Exceptional culture - Docusign have created someone special especially within commercial realm Local management are fantastic and seriously support their teams.

Cons

Like all global businesses that are US-based, some decisions made do not translate well locally. However our local management do everything in their power to make DS a fantastic place to work for all.
