Accessibility to Senior Management, freedom to style your work environment, ability to act on ideas and effort is rewarded. Every location is an entity unto itself, being shaped by the store management and personnel while working in the framework of the company. Senior management really cares about the staff with a family first mentality and has a healthy respect for the individuals in their employ.

Cons

You aren't going to get rich, but you won't dread going to your job every day. The ever changing market and products makes it difficult to keep on top of things for those that aren't passionate about photography/video. Not quick to throw around titles, so if your looking for a short stint and a resume stuffer it's not the place despite the business knowledge gained.
