Thank you for writing such an integral review. Dogeared is a B corp, and this gives us great guard rails to be the best we can be. I love this review as this is the Dogeared that I experience daily, and one that is honest about hard work, flexibility, and transparency. We tell our team to come ask us anything, and we will answer---we have meetings weekly to bring company initiatives to everyone, shout out team members who have gone above and beyond, and give a sense to the team of where we are with our strategy.
