Pros
The whole group of Dongwon having a strong cash cow from its traditional industry being fishery and F&B, very positive in its constant and strong desire to extend its business scope, being packaging and even base industry of its raw material up to 2nd battery most recently, which can be interpreted that it has a lot of potentials for a further growth.
However, significantly worrying on a couple of aspects ; poor and narrow-sight based managing operation for a short term rather than mid/longer term, only focusing on annual/quarterly/monthly target accomplishment, very limited and conservative investment in R&D of an industry-leading level of innovation and personnel being a result of high rate of personnel's resignation
Cons
however, having a positive opinion on its slow but ongoing change of managing generation and in working conditions internally
