- Grown up culture. You're trusted to to do you job and are surrounded by some amazingly talented and hard working people. - Senior leadership & founders are brilliant and allowing you the opportunity and support to develop your career. No managing or silly politics. - Client work is extremely varied, interesting and leading edge.
Cons
- No cons. Ups and downs like any business, esp over ~6 years of tenure but certainly nothing systemic.
