      Great place to work, dedicated and passionate team members and plenty of room for you to grow and learn new things

      Cons

      Not really a con to me, but it's a growing business so sometimes roles have to grow and adjust to meet needs. If you’re looking for a job with a strict set of responsibilities it might not be for you but I enjoy the opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      I had a fantastic experience working for dotCMS. As a fully remote company, the flexibility allowed me to achieve a better work-life balance. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, making it a great place to work. The compensation and benefits are also excellent. I found the salaries to be very competitive, and the benefits package was comprehensive, including health insurance and paid time off (Unlimited PTOs). Overall, dotCMS is a great place to work. It's a fully remote company with a bright future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive culture, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth.
