      The New Management is Better!

      Pros

      Despite all the negative things that happened in the past, the new management paves the way for a better culture to rise. The previous employees from a certain team tend to be the ones pulling the culture down South.

      Cons

      Benefits can still be improved. Though totally understandable for a startup setup.
