      The company gives you the tools you need to hit the ground running with their award-winning training. Management always provide you with a clear career pathway and are always there to support you both professionally and personally. Recognition and rewards are always given to those that work hard.

      Parking is not always available at our high street branches

      Pros

      The company has supported me every step of the way so that I have a rewarding, fulfilling and enjoyable career here. They give me the guidance and tools I need to be able to do my very best which is so much more than previous employers plus the company is headed by people who have spent decades here so I know what’s possible and what I can aspire to. I cannot fault the professionalism or culture of the company which is to help customers and colleagues at all times and this makes for a happy working environment. The training is exceptional and extensive and has been given whenever needed throughout my career here. It may sound like a cliche but I am genuinely proud to say I work at Douglas Allen as I trust the company to look after me as they have for so long and to help me keep progressing in my career.
