Pros

The coworkers are all amazing and the organization shows a commitment to bettering each employee. There are trainings to learn how to work well with others and flexibility to sub across branches.

Cons

The pay is not very competitive for entry level positions.

Pros

I am newer to the DCL team and have been so happy this far. I work amongst a really compassionate and smart group of individuals. I feel as though my team has been nothing but helpful and supportive. My manager makes me feel seen and valued. I think our benefit offerings are some of the best I have ever seen, I accrue PTO at about double the amount as my previous organization, and receive additional days off for floating holiday and sick time. There seems to be a strong culture and I hear nothing but positive sentiments from staff all the time! We have very tenured staff as well which is telling to me.

Cons

Pay is met to market so not overly competitive but I feel as though my work-life balance and other benefits makeup for that
