Dowbuilt is full of wonderful, hardworking people. The projects are technically challenging, and our clients and architects are demanding, but we rally together to get it done. The company is growing, and sometimes it feels like there's a new hire in a new region every day, but I continue to be impressed by my new coworkers. They are often more skilled and talented than I am, and that's a place I want to work!

Cons

The workload is intense, but the work is exciting. The company is growing so staffing projects and support is a constant juggling act.
