      It’s an exciting space to be in, with a product that genuinely makes a difference for customers. The team is collaborative and supportive, and there’s lots of autonomy to get on with your role and make an impact.

      Cons

      Its a fast-moving startup, so priorities can shift quickly and things aren’t always perfectly structured, but the culture encourages new ideas, making it a great place to work and thrive.

      Pros

      I have been working for this company over a year now and am extremely proud of what we achieved. Leadership is very open to new ways of working, investing in new software and technology as well as focusing on user research.

      Cons

      As the company is primarily remote there are less opportunities to connect as a team and bond. This however gives me great flexibility and control over my life - work balance.
