      Pros

      Dragonfly has a brilliant and caring senior management team that is dedicated to providing market-leading geopolitical intelligence and an opportunity to work with some of the brightest and most dedicated managers and analysts around. Following the firm's acquisition by FiscalNote in Jan 23 lots of new opportunities are going to be unlocked as integration beds in.

      Cons

      Inevitably following an acquisition there is going to be change. In the coming year there is an opportunity to unlock many of the benefits of working with complementary intelligence teams and build out the company's tech layer. But profitability is a current strategic priority, and the resulting cost control just needs to be ridden out.

      Pros

      Innovative company that has a good product/s that is generally well respected and liked by their clients. People that work there are nice, intelligent, collaborative and hardworking. It’s a very collegiate place and most successes are the result of team work rather than one individual. You will get exposure to clients from the very start. It's a company that is big on feedback, training and developing people.

      Cons

      Work is fast paced and change or new projects usually require a massive application of effort. Which, like other jobs, can be stressful at times. Regional offices have previously been a little lonely as there are just less colleagues.
