I've been with Dream Local for many years, and it's been a fantastic company to work for. We initially operated from an office environment but transitioned to remote work around 2019. Throughout my time here, I've always had the flexibility to step away for appointments or to take my child somewhere when needed. I truly enjoy my work and end each day feeling fulfilled.

Cons

In a remote work environment, some may feel isolated, but Dream Local ensures strong team connections with weekly meetings and quarterly 'all-hands' gatherings to keep everyone informed and engaged.

A fun company where things are changing all the time. We are on the leading edge of digital marketing. We have partnerships with major social networks and partner with companies all over the country to promote their businesses. Great people to work with and fun projects to work on

Cons

As a start-up company, things change quickly and you never know what to expect each day. If you are looking for Corporate structure like working at a large well-established company, this place would not be for you.
