Pros
- Mission driven team: A small group of driven individuals, still in college started a company with the aim of providing personalized care to patients using AI, slogged and figured a good part of puzzle out. And they give you a piece of the dream. - Honest and timely feedback: Attitude of let's figure it out together seen at every step. - Nobody stops you when you want to learn something. - Management: Problem solving approach to things. The guys want to solve the problem, be it with the work or communication. As long as you want to fix it, they will give you all the support. - Flexible time & location: You want to work at your times? Sure, as long as you get things done. Shouldn't be a problem mostly as long as there's no calls. And people respect your time.
Cons
- Still a lot of things to figure out. And thanks to COVID, even more things to figure out. But that's there with any early stage company. Not particularly a con but an enhancement. This will soon be not much of a problem. - Availability of health insurance etc., would be good going down the line.
