      The company culture is fast-paced, and innovative, everyone is open to change and constantly driving to be the best they can be to build the best version of the company. It is a super transparent and collaborative culture with every member of the team contributing to making the business better, every day. There is always support on hand from others when you are struggling and the fast-paced environment means you are constantly challenged and learning.

      There is a high workload and high standard for work completed. This has contributed to a culture of excellence but also comes with pressure.
