      Pros

      Well run stable company where everyone knows what his/her responsibilities are. No office political games. Some flexibility in management of your working hours. Company feels like a big family.

      Cons

      Base salary + super only, no other benefits. Sometimes overtime work required to meet project deadlines. No opportunities for career progression as development team is small.
