      Pros

      Stellar Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and 401K. Always learning something new. My manager is awesome and willing to work with my schedule. They always take feedback when it comes to continuous improvement! Overtime

      Pros

      100% !!! Company paid health, Dental, and Vision insurance!! It’s not shady insurance either! The Dental has no yearly cap! WOW! You just don’t see this in this day and age! Very laidback as long as you come to work on time work your scheduled days you are golden! For those of you that live at work, unlimited overtime! My time off is worth more than what any employer can afford to pay me! But that’s just me. It’s located close to everything, Winfield, mulvane, Udall, derby, haysville, Wichita, Augusta!

      A lot of tribal knowledge and a lot of green machine operators, they try though so it’s not that bad.

      Pros

      nearly 90 percent company paid insurance. As with most places, ground level workforce is pretty great, the higher you go on the food chain, the less organized, experienced, or strategic the personnel. Company is profiting and growing.
