Pros
I have loved every minute of working for this company. After coming from another small business in the gov IT industry, I was very wary of being over worked for no gain. This place is not like my previous contracting work places at all. Great culture, and superb leadership. If I leave it will only be for a big tech job that offers things small companies rightfully can't afford, and I will do it begrudgingly for my family. I love it here!

Literally none that aren't true of any work place.

Pros
Management really cares about employees. This shows in every interaction I had with them. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement if you're willing to put in the work. Hired lots of top talent, not just whoever could fill a spot. This meant teams were really teams and not just one person carrying the group. Excellent opportunities for training and development.
Cons
If I had to identify one it would be that some benefits could use improvement, but who doesn't want "better" benefits, and they are still very competitive for a small company.
