      A great opportunity for an international exposure

      - You'll be working for international customers; - Interview candidates across the world; - 100% working from home with flexible times; - support from the managers when you are struggling; - great colleagues where everyone helps each other; - regular training with the Founder, and the best moment where you will hear great hints which will help you to improve your job; - high chances to learn something new in your role;

      Cons

      Sometimes you will need to be flexible to change your shift to attend meetings with clients or interview candidates based in other countries. If you are not flexible, maybe it will be a challenge for you. I've been working here for 1 year and 4 months and have no reason to leave the business.
