Opportunity for growth with a start-up company. Flexible and fair. Owner is very hands-on and positive personality. Very good management and delegation abilities.
Cons
Low pay, sometimes have to put in long hours. Procedures were still being figured out, small company means if you like everyone, you'll be fine, but if there are problems between employees, you're in for a rough ride.
