5yThank you for sharing your thoughts about E2i. We make every effort to provide a competitive benefits package for our team members. Benefits continue to be a complex issue today, and we are happy to provide the suite of benefits that we do.
Although most of our projects provide day shift work, there are times when our team members are asked by clients to put in off-shift hours to meet a deadline. As a systems integrator, our goal is to meet the client’s needs as best as we can. To compensate for this need, we offer shift differentials for second and third shift that is required by our clients.
