      Pros

      E46 Media has allowed me to voice my analysis and opinions. Because I enjoy real estate side of the business, and real estate is a very personal business, it's been enjoyable to work here since they allow me to be who I am. Of course, you have to get your work done at a high level, that's what they measure you on.

      Cons

      I think the pay scale could be more competitive to what the overall market offers. And, some of the software suite tools they use could be better.

      Pros

      - Competitive salary, benefits - Great work environment. My bosses were very supportive and always there to listen to my concerns, rants or humor - Learning is great. Everyone wants you to become better and to learn - Intelligent place to work

      Cons

      - Small company, which means you have to be able to ebb and flow with change often - Demanding clients which means putting in that extra work when it's least expected

      Pros

      Strong company values all around which is rare for a company nowadays. They also value your individuality and make sure to get to know you as a person. Additionally, leadership is strong and looks for ways to improve and grow the business with no agenda (again, rare).

      Cons

      I'd say compensation could be a little better, but it's a small company, so I understand. They do what they can to create a fun and trusting environment, though.
