There is a very good team here. Good products. Viable business plan to expand geographically. One gets to participate is a wide range of work because the company just began expanding outside of China. Success is very much determined by one's ability to get important work done.

Cons

Systems and processes, especially outside of China, are not fully developed, i.e. don't expect a big company experience.
