      Pros

      The owners are very supportive and if you are having an issue with your placement they will support you . I would do it again honestly just didn’t like my placement at the time and needed something permanent. They train you and are hands on.

      Cons

      Didn’t like my placement. Compensation wasn’t the greatest but it was better than other places

      Ece provides you with an opportunity to work how you see fit. Flexible work schedule, changeable work site if one doesn't fit you. Great growth environment and opportunities.

      Cons

      You have to leave a center or school when they no longer need a sub.
