Pros

Trialling a 4-Day Week: genuine commitment to work/life balance (not just words!), Managers or senior leadership have an open door policy for anyone wanting to connect and there are a lot of avenues for employees to provide feedback. Loads of experts in the Environmental Industry at ECOH to learn from/ be mentored by. Clients receive personalised service and solutions. Initiative and effort will take you far.

Cons

As ECOH is a smaller company, there are not as many processes and systems in place (yet) for streamlining some elements of projects/ administrative tasks.

Pros

1. Being a smaller company gives ECOH a family feel. 2. Management always has their doors open and are always willing to listen to ideas and/or concerns. 3. The work/life balance at ECOH is incredible. 4. ECOH has competitive wages. 5. Working with ECOH you are respected and not just a number. 6. ECOH keeps up with the times, trying to enhance peoples working experience (i.e., flexible 4-day work week) 7. After working for various consulting firms, the grass is greener when working with ECOH.

Cons

From past working experiences with other consulting firms, I would typically have a list of cons. However, ECOH has honestly been a fresh of breath air, I am grateful to be a part of this team.

-This company has a robust digital library, which allows for personal professional growth. - The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. - Owners and upper management are approachable. - Plenty of team building activities. - Ongoing training opportunities. - Great work/life balance acknowledgement.

Cons

Since I must write something here, I guess it would have to be that the Mississauga office has no view.
