Great leadership at ECS puts the control in your hands. A very trusting environment. The technical skills at ECS are very diverse and anyone new to engineering should expect to see big improvements in all areas of their skillset.
Cons
There are no cons to working at ECS. It's a growing and thriving company that values employees first.
