      - Supportive team environment - Open Communication - Ongoing training and support from upper management -Interesting work; no two days are the same -Clear instructions and directions are given from senior management -Competitive Salary with regular salary reviews

      Cons

      - Fast paced environment, need to be flexible and prioritize workload. Can be busy at times ( like any other role). This does keep things exciting and helps improve my professional skillset.
