      Pros

      I had such a wonderful time working at EJ. My team was awesome and become like friends to me. Lots of creativity and fun! East Jordan is also a beautiful HQ (although I was remote). The healthcare is top notch for a family plan and very affordable. I would highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      I think it would be a wonderful step for companies to begin to consider a childcare benefit in tandem with employment. This is a bigger problem than many want to discuss. The cost of childcare often outweighs the pay from the employer.
