Pros

After working in several cutthroat sales environments, EMPIST has been a breath of fresh air. A good company that cares about its clients, and brings value to their organizations.

Cons

Same things you would expect at a small to medium sized business, but in my experience, the company seems very open to process improvements/ feedback. I honestly don't have anything significant to complain about.
